- CLiC, a newer organization in Norfolk, will be holding their monthly TAC (Thursday Afternoon Club) meeting on Nov. 29th at 5:00 pm at Reeder Originals (115 Norfolk Ave). Lonn Atwood will be speaking about the Norfolk Riverwalk Project and attendees are asked to bring a toy to donate to Toys for Tots.
